Nastavovací stôl

Nastavovací stôl sa využíva v kobinácii s pílami, ukosovými pílami, vŕtačkami, nožnicami, ohýbačkami a dierovačkami.

Náš nastavovací stôl zaistuje správne umiestnenie dielov v najkratšom možnom čase bez použitia metra alebo plochého milimetra.

Je to raelizované pomocou lúča a je to ľahko použitelné na existujúcich dopravníkov použitím špeciálnych držiakov.

Vyrába sa v štyroch modeloch:

• model s motorom
• model s pneumatickým pohonom
• model s ručou pákou
• model s ručnou kľukou

K dispozici je 12 prevedení:

• Od 1000mm až 12000mm s delením po 1000mm.
• Na zakázku se vyrábe ešte väčšia verzia. Celková šírka je od 440mm.

The motorized standstill positioning device use is extremely easy:

- Choose the lenght and type in the keyboard.
- Confirm the start for the moving of the stop arm.
- Slide stop always on the same side eliminating possible blacklask.

- At the slide stop, take and place the piece against the stop arm.
- The special manufacture permits to deaden the blows.

- After fastening the piece, you may work without loose more time for measurement.

- Take away the finished part and go on with the next lenght.

Work in hard and dusty environment

- The standstill positioning device may work in hard and dusty environment thanks to the continuous cleaning and oiling of the sliding shafts.
- None crawling parts but a double couple of gothic contour rolls sliding on tempered shafts.

LCD keyboard

- High visibile LCD keyboard
- Digital automatic or manual setting out (80 memory points with 10 programs/ 8 steps standard).
- Special set-up function for an easy coupling to every machinery

Layout

- Fixing the standstill positioning device on any roller sliding surface.
- Electric control board QC may be positioned on the left (standard) or on the right side of the axis.
- May be fixed on our standard modular (1000/2000mm), roller sliding surface 250mm width, 870-1000mm height.
- Choice between zinc-plated iron rollers (standard) and anti-scrape plastic coated rollers.
